1. Copyright & Ownership
All images are the intellectual property of PhotoFluent / Diane Evans and are protected by copyright law. Purchase of a print or digital download does not transfer copyright. Images may not be reproduced, scanned, copied, or resold without written permission.
2. Prints & Products
All print products are produced by professional labs using archival-quality materials.
Slight variations in color, cropping, or tone may occur due to the printing process and differences in screen calibration.
Mounted prints, framed prints, and standout displays are sold as described in the product listing.
3. Digital Downloads
Digital files are sold with a personal-use license only. You may print them for personal display, share them on personal social media (with credit to PhotoFluent), and enjoy them on your devices.
You may not use digital files for commercial purposes, advertising, resale, or redistribution.
4. Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are processed once payment is received in full.
Products are fulfilled and shipped directly by our partner labs. Typical production time is 3–7 business days, plus shipping.
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
5. Returns & Refunds
Because prints are custom-made to order, all sales are final.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect item shipped.
Any issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the damage/defect.
If approved, a replacement will be issued for the same product only.
6. Pricing & Taxes
All prices are listed in USD.
Sales tax or VAT may apply as required by law.
Buyers outside the U.S. are responsible for any import duties or customs fees.
7. Liability
PhotoFluent is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.
